Homely comforts, organic and fair trade foods, as well as a quiet rural location are just some of the things you will encounter at the Homelands Apartment. Owned and operated by Erik and Nikki Burger, the Homelands Apartment was opened in 2010 as a Bed & Breakfast and is located on the edge of the village Woodmancote just North of Cheltenham. Set in green pastures with grazing cattle, it is an excellent location for a quiet break away or for walkers requiring a rest stop.

Accommodation

Homelands Apartment has just three rooms available all presented in a modern, yet elegant style with en-suite bathroom facilities. Rooms have a flat screen HD television with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Some rooms have air-conditioning and all have a desk space. Egyptian cotton linen bedding is used and there are complimentary toiletries.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the sitting and breakfast room and the range of foods is extensive. A breakfast buffet bar consists of cereals, yogurts and various other options. Hot food is available and all food is organic, fair trade and locally sourced where possible. On-site chickens provide free-range eggs and the sausages are home-made using locally sourced free-range pork.

If required, a packed breakfast or lunch can be provided the night before for guests leaving early. A hamper consisting of items from the local delicatessen can also be supplied for guests, although notice is needed for this.

The residents’ sitting and breakfast room has a seating area with a range of information about local attractions for guests to use as required. A fridge and microwave oven are present for use by the guests. An iron and ironing board is provided if required and there is a drying space for walking.
