Clarence Court Hotel is located in a Grade II listed regency building in central Cheltenham that was once owned by the Duke of Wellington. The Georgian features have been combined with stylish and contemporary furnishings to create elegant accommodation that will appeal to a range of travellers. The hotel sits on the leafy and quiet Clarence Square that is rich in historic buildings and is just a short jaunt from many of Cheltenham’s must-see town centre attractions.

Accommodation

Various rooms are available, including single, standard and superior doubles. Deluxe rooms are much larger and include a seating area and larger en-suite facilities. Family rooms can host up to five people and there is one four-poster room, which is perfect for a romantic getaway.

All rooms include a TV, a hairdryer, a hospitality tray and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel. Dogs are also most welcome at the hotel by prior arrangement and cots can be arranged for younger children.

It should be noted that due to the listed status of the building no lift is present and rooms are up flights of stairs. Assistance with luggage can be given if needed.

Restaurant and Bar

On the ground floor of Clarence Court Hotel is the Joules Café, Bar and Restaurant, where breakfast is served for hotel guests. The restaurant has an extensive Italian style menu and a large wine list. There is a separate bar area and lounge with comfortable chairs, and during the warmer months, outside dining is possible.

Additional Facilities and Services

The hotel has an arrangement with the local Fitness First branch where guests can have unlimited access to the facilities there for an additional fee. Guests should inform the hotel at the time of booking if they would like this to be included.
