This former private Victorian residence is situated on Shurdington Road, approximately one mile from Cheltenham city centre with good road links out of Cheltenham into the Cotswolds. Just a short stroll away is the Park, which is a community wildlife habitat that is owned by the University of Gloucestershire and is host to wide variety of trees, plants, shrubs and birds.

Additionally, Beaumont House has free parking on site and regular buses run from Shurdington Road into the city centre.

Accommodation

Rooms in Beaumont House are captivating with each decorated in a unique and luxurious style. There are 16 rooms in total and a number of different options are available. All rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities, some with walk-in showers, whilst others have showers over bath-tubs. The flat screen televisions can receive digital channels including Sky Sports, and free Wi-Fi is included. Each room has a tea and coffee making tray that also includes biscuits. Safes, desks and mini bars are also available in select rooms.

For extra special stays, guests can choose one of the luxury rooms, which are themed according their names in a tasteful yet sumptuous manner. The African Room, the Asian Room and the Luxury Family Suite, for example, all have whirlpool baths. They also include a mini bar and fresh fruit, in addition to the facilities provided in the standard rooms.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the dining room that overlooks the house garden. A large buffet of cold options is complemented by hot meals that are cooked to order. Ingredients are locally sourced where possible.

Additional Facilities and Services

In the evenings from Monday to Thursday, a limited number of hot meals are available to order through room service. Complimentary hot drinks and biscuits are also available throughout the day from a machine in the conservatory and there is even an “honesty bar” in the cosy guest lounge.
