The room was simple but stylish, all quiet up on the 3rd floor. A window that could open was so wonderful! It was spotlessly clean, with beautiful linen on the bed and really comfy pillows. There were lots of sockets. The lighting was good, and the blackout blinds were perfect. The bottled water and milk in the fridge were great.

Cheltenham is a lovley town. I am bias as I grew up here. Of course I did not appreciated it as a child but going back is always a pleasure. The prom, Montpelier, Pitville park to stroll and feed the ducks (also an amazing playground for children now) Great shops, restaurants and ambiance. Alway check out what’s in at the Everyman theatre & or Town hall.

Lots to do in and around Cheltenham.
Lots to do in and around Cheltenham. We visited Bourton on the Water and would have liked to have seen more in that area. Seems lots to do in Cheltenham in the evenings and some nice boutique type shops. Definitely visit again for a little longer.

My partner and I really enjoyed Cheltenham, we went out to the town hall for a great Motown night, then we had drinks in a local bar that was full of very friendly people of all ages groups. Our accommodation for the night was great in every way, the staff was very welcoming and it's a perfect location for easy access to the town center. We will definitely return in the future and we would fully recommend it.

Some areas of central Cheltenham are lovely and others, much less so. The more genteel areas have a wide range of places to eat that will suit all tastes. There are some lovely parks.
Street parking with a permit is a bit of a lottery. You may be lucky to find a spot in your zone but this could be some distance from your accommodation.

Cheltenham is a Regency town with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars and a good base to explore the Cotswolds , one of England's most beautiful areas .
The town is also a conference and events centre , with literary and jazz festivals and horse racing being the most popular events
For those of you with an appreciation of architecture , it is a treasure trove of Regency and Gothic styles .
Visitors with an interest in the history of Aviation are strongly recommended to visit the Jet Age museum nearby

Its a lovely town, We were lucky to see a show at the Everyman Theatre, which is a beautiful provincial theatre - Cheltenham is lucky to have it but it was full up on the Tuesday night we visited. We were saddened to see so many empty shops and especially that the huge Cavendish House store is closing, which will have a depressing effect on the town centre. There were lots of very nice looking restaurants and bars. We would love to visit again and spend more time looking around.
The location of the apartment was brilliant, no more than a 5 minute walk to the town centre which has a vast array of options for food and drink as well as big named stores and some more boutique-like options. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided, the toilet is very close to the door so you kind of had to shuffle around but no major inconvenience plus the shower was spacious, hot and powerful enough to leave you feeling clean.
The location was amazing, perfect for small cafe's and boutique shops but a short walk into the main centre of Cheltenham. The flat (4, top floor) was "fine" for us for a few days, it was reasonably spacious and suited our party of 4, for 6+ it would be a squeeze since there were only 2 sofas and the kitchen/bathroom were relatively tight. Collection of the key and communications by the host were spot on, could not be simpler.....thank you.
Hotel is beautiful and is located just a 10 minute walk from Cheltenham town centre.
We arrived early and the lady agreed to store our bags for us which was a big help while we strolled around the town.
Breakfast was all freshly cooked and was really lovely.
Bedroom was very comfortable and stylish and had everything you needed. Also exceptionally clean.
We loved this place and would definitely return.
We arrived earlier than the check in time and as our room was available we were given the keys straight away.
We had the cosy king, which although small was well designed with plenty of storage and the space well used.
Room was clean.
Bed and pillows super comfy.
Fantastic location in walking distance of the town centre.
Managed to park just around the corner just 2-3 min walk from the hotel.
I liked all aspects of our stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large comfortable and clean, breakfasts were very good albeit limited on the hot food front and the limited menu for our evening meal was perfectly fine.
The location was great with very easy walking access to bars, restaurants, shops and parks. There is so much to do and see in Cheltenham town centre.
Location is great. Easy to find and close to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby and main shopping centre about 10 - 15 mins walk. Otherside of Cheltenham from the racecourse. Quite a bit of open space available nearby. Has all the basic stuff supplied and a lovely spacious kitchen area.
Place is very spacious for 2 people but need to be careful of the sloping ceiling.
Room was very spacious and well laid out. There was actually a socket near to the mirror which you don't always get. Rate included breakfast and it was a treat. Full English beautifully cooked, plenty of coffee and Fresh Orange also.
Hotel is about 15 minutes outside Cheltenham so we decided to have dinner at the hotel. Again, we couldn't fault the food or service.
The room was tastefully decorated, spacious and quiet. The shower was amazing, I could have stood there for hours! The breakfast was to die for, definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. Check in and parking was easy. The location was perfect for us and close to some lovely restaurants and bars without being in a noisy location.
Deb who greeted was lovely, the hotel inside has so much promise but is quite tatty. We got to our room and on first impressions it was really nice, the beds looked so comfy and the room was spacious. They have parking permits so if you cant park directly outside you can park down surrounding streets. Breakfasts were good.
The Hotel was small and very comfortable which we like. The Hosts were very pleasant and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was all we could wish for. The location was in a quite street but within a very short stroll to Cheltenham centre. It was so good that we will returning in the near future
This lovely hotel is perfectly located for Cheltenham city centre. It has retained its Regency character but is still comfortable. It was great having a fee car park for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts were brilliant and it was nice to have a bar and lounge too.
Very good for Cheltenham Spa railway station and the Stagecoach buses are excellent for the centre of town. No view and the WiFi wasn't working on my first night. However, very comfortable with a microwave and TV ( no Netflix etc ). Good for a few days in Cheltenham.
Good location and a very comfortable house which was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Bren was excellent and parking outside was not a problem. Easy to walk into the town centre or pop over to Waitrose for any essentials!
Bathroom was very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Room service was good. Hotel is lovely. Staff went the extra mile and walked me to the bus station and carried my luggage after my taxi didn’t show up.
The hotel is well situated in the centre of Cheltenham, all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was very good as well. Our room was larger than expected, very clean and comfortable.
The Pool was lovely and warm , hotel exceptionally clean throughout. The room was comfortable and clean had everything we needed and staff were friendly and helpful.
